Alterra Craft
AlterraCraft’s story begins in the late 1980s in Colombia, where Fabio Higuita forged his calling as a master carpenter. Over more than three decades, he perfected his craft, developing a deep understanding of materials, precision, and the art of transforming spaces.
In the 2010s, his reputation led him to collaborate with architects and designers on high-end projects in various U.S. cities. In 2020 he arrived in Tucson, Arizona, as head of a cabinetry workshop, leading renovations across a portfolio of more than 4,000 properties. In 2026, Fabio took the next step and founded AlterraCraft — combining decades of craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to keep creating unique projects that transform spaces.
